Introductory provisions 1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the terms of use of the Loxper Travel and Guide services ("Services"). The operator and Service Provider is Ing. Jaroslav Haltmar, ID: 687 73 463, registered office at Údolní 212/49, 602 00, Brno - Brno-město ("Operator"). 2. By purchasing the Services and using the Services, a contractual relationship is established between the Operator and the user ("User"). The User agrees to these Terms. Services 1. The Operator provides transport and travel guide services in locations in central Europe. 2. The services include the pick-up, transport and guide services in location specified in booking and transport and drop-off. 3. Some of the services can be exclude or add-on based on specification in booking confirmation. Booking 1. The booking can be done on web portal www.loxper.com portal and on our partner portals. 2. The booking is specifying the date, time, location, number of users and other specification of the trip. 3. The booking is complete when User gets the confirmation information via e-mail from the Operator. 4. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will be honored with a full refund. 5. The Operator reserves the right to cancel service in the event of emergency situations, whether military, political or natural disasters, or for technical reasons. In this case, the User is entitled to a refund of the paid booking. Services operation 1. All our vehicles are insured. We strongly recommend User to have proper travel insurance for Czech Republic and countries included in Booking. 2. The length of service is approximate and may vary depending on the traffic situation and other circumstances. 3. In the case of travel outside the Czech Republic, it is the user's responsibility to have travel documents and visas in order. Payments 1. The payment method and its implementation are part of the order. Successful crediting of the payment to the Operator is a necessary condition for the commencement of the Service.
